Preparation Method

  • Tear the kaffir lime leaves into pieces.
  • Chop the coriander steam finely.
  • Chop the mushrooms finely.
  • Dice the tomatoes into eight.
  • Boil the chicken stock with the shell of prawn for five minutes.
  • Discard the shell.
  • Add lemon grass, coriander stem, kaffir lime leaf and allow it to boil for five minutes.
  • To this add the mushroom, tomato and allow it to boil for four minutes.
  • Don't let the prawns cook for too long.
  • Remove from fire.
  • Add thai chilli sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, spring onion, coriander leaves and serve hot.
  • Fish sauce contains salt, Add salt if required.
