Preparation Method

  • Smother prawns with salt.
  • Grind ginger, pepper and garlic.
  • Cook the baby corn and cut into fine circles.
  • Dice the onions.
  • Heat a pan with butter, when it starts to melt saute shallots.
  • Add the ground ginger, garlic and pepper.
  • Add the vegetables, mushroom and baby corn.
  • Toss for two minutes, add the prawns and pour the fish stock.
  • When the vegetables and prawns are cooked, add the palak leaves, coriander leaves, salt and stir well.
  • Remove from fire and serve hot.
