Preparation Method

  • Prepare vegetable stock and keep aside.
  • Chop the palak roughly.
  • Dice the paneer into cubes.
  • Chop the carrots.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Toss carrot.
  • Pour the vegetable stock and allow it to boil.
  • Add the palak, paneer cubes, pepper powder, salt, soy sauce and aji-no-motto.
  • Allow it to boil for seven minutes.
  • Add puffed rice and serve hot.
