Preparation Method

For White Stock
  • Chop all the vegetables roughly.
  • Pour water until the vegetable are covered.
  • Allow it to boil.
  • Strain it and use.
For Soup
  • Chop onion and ginger.
  • Slit green chillies.
  • Chop the mushrooms into two.
  • Heat a pan with butter, when it melts add onion and stir.
  • Add the mushrooms and fry.
  • Sprinkle the wheat flour and fry for a minute.
  • Pour the white stock, add the ginger and green chillies.
  • Add 200 ml of milk, 100 ml of water and allow it to boil.
  • When the mushrooms are done, take five mushrooms and keep aside.
  • Add Ajino motto.
  • Remove from fire and allow it to cool.
  • Discard the ginger, green chillies and strain it.
  • Pour rest of the milk and required amount of water.
  • Add salt, sugar and keep it in a low flame and stir well.
  • Sprinkle pepper powder, add the mushroom pieces, grated cheese and serve hot.
