Preparation Method

  • Boil chicken stock, half of the coconut milk and chicken in a medium flame.
  • Add galangal, lemon grass, garlic, pepper powder and stir well.
  • Allow it to boil until the chicken is cooked. (Approximately fifteen minutes)
  • Add the chopped mushroom and rest of the coconut milk, stir and remove from fire.
  • To this add fish sauce, lemon juice, kaffir lime leaf, spring onion, chopped chilli, coriander leaves, cardamom powder and serve in a soup bowl.
  • Fish sauce contains salt, Add salt if required.
