Raw banana 2
Gram flour 3 tablespoon
Roasted chana dhal powder 2 tablespoon
Big onion 1
Chilli powder ½ teaspoon
Asafoetida ½ teaspoon
Turmeric powder 3 pinch
Salt as required
Idhayam Sesame Oil 300 ml
Preparation Method
Steam the Raw bananas. Peel the skin. Add salt and mash well.
Chop the onion.
Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida and onion to the mashed raw banana and mix well.
Heat a deep frying pan with Idhayam SesameOil.
Grease your hand with oil.
Take a small ball of the raw banana mixture, flatten it and deep fry till golden brown and serve hot.
