Preparation Method

  • Dry roast black and white sesame seed.
  • Chop carrot, cucumber and cabbage.
  • In a bowl, combine vegetables, salt, pepper powder and mix well.
  • Sprinkle roasted sesame seed.
  • In a serving plate, place the lettuce, spread the vegetable - sesame seed mixture over the lettuce.
  • Garnish with grated coconut and serve.
