Preparation Method

  • Cook the raw banana. Peel the skin and crumble it.
  • Add salt.
  • Chop the green chillies into fine circles.
  • Combine curd, green chillies, crumbled raw banana, salt, pepper powder and coriander leaves.
  • Mix well.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame oil with a tablespoon of oil.
  • Temper cumin seed and add it to the raw banana mixture.
  • Serve.
