Preparation Method

  • Peel the skin and chop the cucumber into triangles.
  • Chop the green chillies finely.
  • Chop the ginger finely.
  • Mix together cucumber, green chillies, mint leaves, lemon juice, ginger and salt.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
  • Temper mustard and asafoetida.
  • Add this to the cucumber mixture and stir well.
  • Garnish with roasted groundnut and serve.
