Preparation Method

  • Par boil rice and keep aside.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Split red chillies.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Temper mustard, add urad dhal, chana dhal, curry leaves, red chillies and fry.
  • Add the turmeric powder to the oil.
  • Remove from fire and add it to the rice.
  • Squeeze the lemon over the rice.
  • Mix well and serve.
