Raw rice 500 gms
Curd 300 ml
Milk 100 ml
Green chilli 5
Curry leaves 1 sprig
Ginger 2 inch
Mustard 1 teaspoon
Salt as required
Idhayam Sesame Oil 1 tablespoon
Preparation Method
Cook rice with salt till soft and fluffy.
Allow it to cool.
Chop the green chillies and ginger finely.
Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
Temper mustard, add curry leaves, green chilli, ginger fry well and keep aside.
Mix together curd and milk.
To this add the fried spices.
Stir well and serve.
