Preparation Method

  • Clean the prawns.
  • Chop the onions and tomatoes finely.
  • Dry roast roasted channa and pound it.
  • Grind fennel, coriander powder, chilli powder to a fine paste.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil, temper  mustard, add curry leaves.
  • Saute onion and  tomatoes..
  • Add the prawns, the ground masala and fry well.
  • Pour required amount of water, turmeric powder and salt, simmer to a low flame.
  • When the prawns are done and the masala thickens, remove from fire and serve.
