Preparation Method

  • Take the poha in a colander and pour water.
  • Chop the ginger.
  • Chop the green chillies into fine circles.
  • Heat the pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
  • Temper roasted ground nut, urad dhal and cumin seed.
  • Saute onion and ginger.
  • Add salt, turmeric powder and add it to the soaked wet poha.
  • Add green chillies, coriander leaves, sprinkle lemon juice and mix well.
  • Can be served as breakfast or evening snack.
