Preparation Method

  • Chop mangoes, carrot, beans, cluster beans, garlic, ginger, two lemons, tender drumsticks and green chillies finely.
  • Take the mixed vegetables in a broad bowl.
  • Add green peas along with the vegetables.
  • Squeeze the lemons.
  • Mix salt and turmeric powder.
  • Allow it to soak for four to five days under sunlight.
  • Dry roast mustard, asafoetida and pound it.
  • Pound fenugreek to fine powder.
  • Add the pound spices, fenugreek powder, chilli powder and mix well.
  • Heat Idhayam sesame oil in a pan, temper mustard and pour the oil over the mixed vegetables.
  • Mix well and store in air tight containers and use.
