Preparation Method

  • Dice the  mangoes into tiny cubes.
  • Dry roast salt, asafoetida and add it to the diced mangoes.
  • Dry roast mustard, fenugreek and pound it.
  • Close with a clean muslin cloth and let the mangoes under sun for two to three days.
  • Add chilli powder and pound spices to the mangoes.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Temper rest of the mustard and pour it over the pickle and stir well.
  • Store it in a clean air tight container.
