Preparation Method

  • Discard the stem and wash the leaves. Keep aside.
  • Grind together fenugreek leaves and green chillies.
  • Add salt and add it to the wheat flour.
  • Pour required amount of water and knead it to a smooth dough.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
  • Take a small ball of the dough and roll it into circles.
  • Heat oil in a pan, when it becomes hot, flip the chapati and fry.
  • Remove from fire and serve.
