Combine maida, water, cumin seed, grated paneer, coriander leaves, grated ginger, mashed potatoes, green chillies and salt.
Grease your hand with oil and divide the mixture into four equal parts and make into small balls.
Heat Idhayam Sesame Oil in a heavy bottomed pan, when it becomes hot, flip the balls and deep fry and keep aside.
For Gravy
Grind tomatoes, green chillies and ginger to a fine paste.
Mix maida, fresh cream and keep aside.
Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
Add Cumin seed , asafoetida, ground tomato paste, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder and stir for four minutes, let it boil until the oil separates from the gravy.
Add maida, fresh cream mixture, a cup of water, salt and keep it in a low flame for about seven minutes.
To this add garam masala and coriander leaves.
After a minute flip the koftas slowly. When it starts to boil, remove from fire and serve.
