Preparation Method

  • Sieve together maida, salt and baking powder.
  • Discard the crust of the bread and soak in water. Squeeze immediately and mash it.
  • Combine soaked bread, curd, water, maida mixture and knead it to a smooth dough and let it aside for two hours.
  • Make big balls and roll into circles.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
  • Flip the bhatura and fry.
  • Make such bhatura with rest of the dough. Fry and serve.
