Preparation Method

  • Cook the mutton by adding salt and turmeric powder.
  • Chop the onions finely.
  • Grind coriander powder, cumin powder and chilli powder to a fine paste.
  • Grate the coconut and extract 400ml of milk.
  • Heat a heavy bottomed pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Saute onions.
  • To this add the ground masala ad fry until raw smell goes.
  • Add the cooked minced mutton along with the water and fry for five minutes.
  • Pour the coconut extract and salt.
  • When the gravy thickens, remove from fire and serve hot.
