Toor dhal 250 gms
Chana dhal 250 gms
Moong dhal 250 gms
Cumin seeds 2 teaspoon
Red chilli 30
Garlic 10 pods
Curry leaves 2 sprig
Salt as required
Preparation Method
Heat a pan.
Dry roast the spices one after the other, except chilli and garlic.
Fry in a low flame until it turns to reddish brown.
Add red chilli, garlic and fry.
Allow it to cool.
Pound it to a fine powder.
Store in an airtight container and use when necessary.
