Preparation Method

  • Heat a pan.
  • Dry roast the spices one after the other, except chilli and garlic.
  • Fry in a low flame until it turns to reddish brown.
  • Add red chilli, garlic and fry.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Pound it to a fine powder.
  • Store in an airtight container and use when necessary.
