Preparation Method

  • Mix maida, salt and cooking soda.
  • Slowly add milk and knead well.
  • The dough should be very elastic.
  • Keep it covered  for an hour.
  • Knead well again.
  • Divide the dough into fifteen equal portions.
  • Roll out each ball into thin circles.
  • Heat a dosa pan.
  • Keep the pan upside down.
  • Apply ghee.
  • When it become hot, place the rotis,when the bubbles appear flip over.
  • When the roti is done, remove from fire and serve hot.
