Wheat flour 200 gms
Salt as required
Idhayam Sesame Oil1 ½ tablespoon
Preparation Method
Take wheat flour in a broad bowl. Add salt, a tablespoon of Idhayam Sesame Oil, water and knead to a smooth dough. Keep it covered for twenty minutes.
Knead the dough again by adding rest of the Idhayam Sesame Oil and let for twenty minutes.
Divide the dough into eight equal parts.
Dust some wheat flour and roll into thin circles.
Heat a non stick pan.
Place the roti.
Cook one side of the roti, when the bubbles appear, flip over, when it turns brown hold the roti with a tong and cook it on direct flame and serve.
Don't keep it in direct flame for a very long time.
