Combine wheat flour, maida, salt, butter and knead it to a smooth dough by adding water little by little.
Make small sized balls and keep aside.
For Paneer Masala
Grate the paneer.
Mix together, grated paneer, onion, green chillies, omam, salt and keep aside.
For Paneer Chappati
Make small balls out of the dough.
Take a ball, roll into circle with a rolling pin.
Place the paneer mixture at the centre.
Spread the masala.
Place another circle over the masala.
Sprinkle water to the edges of the chappathi and stick the edges.
Dust the wheat flour and roll it again.
Make such masala chappathis with rest of the doughand masala
Heat a dosa pan, place the chappati,drizzle oil to the edges of the chappati, when it turns brown flip over, allow it to cook. When it turns brown remove from fire and serve hot.
