Preparation Method

  • Clean and chop the methi leaves.
  • Combine wheat flour, methi leaves, salt and ghee.
  • Add water little by little and knead to a smooth dough.
  • Close with a lid and let it aside for twenty minutes.
  • Make into small balls and roll into small circles.
  • Heat a dosa pan, place the circles.
  • Flip over, when the parathas are done.  
  • Remove from fire and serve.
