Preparation Method

  • Soak sugar and yeast in two tablespoon of warm water for about ten minutes.
  • Knead the flour with salt, yeast mixture and water to a smooth dough.
  • Cover the dough with a wet muslin cloth and rest it for twenty minutes.
  • The dough doubles.
  • Press the dough slightly
  • Divide the dough into five equal parts
  • Roll the dough to 125mm diameter
  • Heat a non-stick pan.
  • Flip the kulcha and apply oil to the sides.
  • Fry both the sides.
  • Serve hot.
