Wheat flour 200 gms
Yeast 1 teaspoon
Sugar 1 pinch
Idhayam Sesame Oil as required
Preparation Method
Soak sugar and yeast in two tablespoon of warm water for about ten minutes.
Knead the flour with salt, yeast mixture and water to a smooth dough.
Cover the dough with a wet muslin cloth and rest it for twenty minutes.
The dough doubles.
Press the dough slightly
Divide the dough into five equal parts
Roll the dough to 125mm diameter
Heat a non-stick pan.
Flip the kulcha and apply oil to the sides.
Fry both the sides.
Serve hot.
