Preparation Method

  • Combine  wheat or maida flour, salt and ghee.
  • Knead to smooth dough by adding water little by little.
  • Chop the onion, green chillies and tomatoes finely.
  • Crack the egg in a bowl add salt and beat well.
  • Make chappatis out of the dough.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Chop the chappatis into tiny pieces.
  • Heat a pan with two tablespoon of Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Add onion, green chillies, tomato, curry leaves and fry well.
  • Then add the chappatisout pieces, beaten egg and stir well.
  • When the egg is done remove from fire and serve hot.
