Preparation Method

  • Mix together maida, curd, ghee, salt, cooking soda and knead it to a smooth dough and close with a lid.
  • Ferment it overnight.
  • Make into balls. Roll them into circles.
  • Heat a deep frying pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil, When it becomes hot flip the rolled bhaturs into oil and fry it on both sides.
  • When it puffs and turns brown, remove from fire and serve hot.
