Maida 4 cup

Salt as required
Idhayam Sesame Oil 500 ml
Preparation Method
Mix together maida, water, egg, salt and knead to a flexible dough.
Add three tablespoon of Idhayam Sesame oil and knead the dough again.
Allow it to ferment for six hours.
Take a ball of the dough.
Flatten to a thin sheet.
Fold it like the paper fan.
Swirl it from one end to the other.
Roll it into small circles with a roller pin.
Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
When it becomes hot, add the parottas and deep fry both the sides till crisp and brown.
Place the parottas on a plate. Smash them with both the hands and serve hot.
