Preparation Method

  • Cut the salted fish into pieces.
  • Chop the onions finely.
  • Chop the green chillies to thin circles.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
  • Add mustard, when it splutters add curry leaves, green chillies, onion and fry.
  • Add cumin powder, chilli powder and fry well.
  • Add the salted fish pieces and stir.
  • Salted fish contains salt, so add salt if required.
  • Remove from fire and serve hot with rice.
