Preparation Method

  • Marinate the fish with chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Grind the onion.
  • Heat a pan with mustard oil. When it becomes hot flip the fishes and shallow fry and keep aside.
  • In the same oil temper bay leaf, cinnamon, clove, cardamom, ground onion paste, ginger garlic paste and fry well.
  • Pour the curd and add salt.
  • When the curd mixture comes to a thick consistency,add the fried fishes.
  • If required add salt.
  • Remove from fire and serve with hot steamed rice.
