Preparation Method

  • Crack the egg in a bowl and beat well.
  • Combine the fish with half of the beaten egg, lemon juice, jawans, gram flour, rice flour, chilli powder, turmeric powder, one teaspoon of oil, ginger garlic paste, salt and marinate for about half an hour.
  • Heat a deep frying pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil and deep fry the fishes till golden brown on both the sides.
