Preparation Method

  • Soak and grind rice and urad dhal separately.
  • Mix the batter together.
  • Powder the Jaggery and keep aside.
  • Grate coconut.
  • Grind soaked chana dhal, grated coconut and jaggery to a thick consistency.
  • Make small balls with the chana dhal batter.
  • Heat a kadai with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Dip the balls in the rice urad dhal batter and deep fry till golden brown
