Preparation Method

  • Grind the minced mutton with ginger, garlic, cloves, fennel, green chilli, coriander leaves, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Make into small balls.
  • Beat the egg well.
  • Heat Idhayam Sesame Oil in a deep frying pan.
  • Dip the mutton balls in the beaten egg.
  • Flip five to six mutton balls at a time and fry till crisp.
  • Serve hot.
