Preparation Method

  • Clean and take whole kaadai.
  • Mix together, kaadai, curd, salt, pepper powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and marinate for twenty minutes.
  • Chop onions and tomatoes finely.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Add onions and tomatoes and fry well.
  • To this add the marinated kaadai.
  • Add coriander powder, cumin powder, chilli powder and close with a lid for ten minutes.
  • Remove the lid.
  • When the Kaadais are done, add garam masala powder and fry.
  • Remove from fire when the masala coats the kaadai.
  • Serve hot.
