Preparation Method

  • Take a tablespoon of water in a bowl, mix well with salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder.
  • Crack the egg and beat well.
  • Chop the onions and green chillies finely.
  • Heat a dosa pan with a teaspoon of Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Add onions, green chilli and fry well.
  • To this add the beaten egg and swirl the pan in a circular motion to spread evenly.
  • Pour oil to the sides of the egg.
  • Flip over.
  • When it is done. Remove from fire and serve hot.
