Preparation Method

  • Hard boil eggs.
  • Shell and slit to the sides.
  • Chop the onions finely.
  • Dice the tomatoes in to six pieces.
  • Slit green chillies.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Saute onion, tomatoes, green chillies, curry leaves and fry.
  • To this add cumin powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder and fry well.
  • When the masala comes to a thick consistency add the egg and stir well.
  • Remove from fire.
  • Serve hot with rice or chappati.
