Preparation Method

  • Hard boil the eggs,peel.
  • Slit the eggs.
  • Grind together shallots, green chilli, chilli powder, garlic,fennel,turmeric powder to a fine paste.
  • Grate the coconut and extract the milk.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Add cinnamon,cloves,cumin seed, ground masala and fry till raw smell goes.
  • Add the coconut extract, salt and stir well.
  • When the kurma thickens, add the egg stir, remove from fire and serve.
