Preparation Method

  • Par boil rice and keep aside.
  • Dice the big onion finely.
  • Crack the eggs in a bowl. Add a tablespoon of water, salt and beat well.
  • Dice the beans finely.
  • Heat a broad pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Saute onion and beans.
  • Add the beaten eggs and scramble it.
  • To this add the cooked rice,soy sauce, pepper powder, vinegar and stir well.
  • Adjust salt.
  • Remove from fire and serve hot.
