Mix together three pinch of salt, mushroom, two drops of lemon, set it for two minutes and wash the mushrooms.
Chop the mushrooms.
Dice the onions finely.
Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
Saute onions.
Add ginger-garlic paste and fry.
When done add the mushroom and fry for two minutes.
Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, water,salt and allow it to boil. When the mushrooms are done add garam masala and fry well until dry.
Remove from fire and keep aside.
Heat a dosa pan.
Once the pan becomes hot, spread a ladle of the batter in a circular motion.
Drizzle Idhayam Sesame Oil to the edges of the dosa.
Simmer it.
Take two-three teaspoons of mushroom masala, spread it all over the dosa.
When the dosa turns crisp and golden brown, fold it and serve hot.
