Preparation Method

  • Mix together dosa batter, salt, chopped greens, chopped green chillies and stir well.
  • Heat a dosa pan.
  • Take a ladle of the batter and spread it in a circular motion as a thick dosa.
  • Drizzle Idhayam sesame oil to the sides of the dosa.
  • Fry both the sides till brown.
  • When the dosa is done remove from fire and serve hot.
