Idhayam Sesame Oil as required
Preparation Method
Take the batter in a bowl.
Crack the egg in a separate vessel.
Add salt, pepper powder and beat well.
Heat a dosa pan, take a ladle of the batter and spread it to a thin layer.
Pour Idhayam Sesame Oil to the edges of the dosa.
Take a small amount of the beaten egg and pour over the dosa and spread it. When the dosa turns to golden brown flip over.
Remove from fire and serve hot.
