Preparation Method

  • Soak par boil rice and urad dhal separately for two hours.
  • Grind rice and urad dhal separately.
  • Add salt and mix both the batter together and ferment it overnight.
  • Heat a dosa pan. Take the batter in a ladle and pour a ladle of batter in the centre of the pan.
  • Spread in a circular motion.
  • Pour oil to the edges of  the dosa, flip over and let it turn brown and crisp.
  • Fold and serve hot.
