Preparation Method

For Cauliflower Masala

  • Chop the cauliflower into medium florets.
  • Add the cauliflower to the boiled water and let it for five minutes and drain it.
  • Chop the onions finely and lengthwise.
  • Silt green chillies.
  • Chop the garlic finely.
  • Mash the ginger.
  • Cook the cauliflower adding salt and mash it coarsely.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Add onion , garlic, ginger, green chillies and fry.
  • To this add coriander leaves, Mint leaves and stir.
  • Add the mashed cauliflower, coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder,garam masala powder, kashmiri chilli powder, salt and fry well.keep aside. 
For Dosa
  • Soak the red chillies in water for thirty minutes and grind it along with garlic and salt.
  • Heat a dosa pan and pour the batter to dosa.
  • Pour Idhayam Sesame Oil to the sides of the Dosa.
  • Flip the dosa ,when it turns brown.
  • Turn the dosa over again.
  • Apply the place the cauliflower masala and spread all over the dosa.
  • Fold the dosa.
  • Serve hot.
