Preparation Method

  • Soak raw rice and par boiled rice for two hours.
  • Grind together raw rice, par boiled rice, grated carrot, asafoetida, green chilli,curry leaves, salt,tamarind and fennel.
  • Heat a dosa pan, take a ladle of the batter and pour it from the edges of the pan to the centre.(like rava dosa)
  • Add Idhayam Sesame Oil to the edges of the dosa.
  • Cook till golden brown.
  • Remove from fire and serve hot.
