Preparation Method

  • Chop the crust of the bread slices.
  • Sprinkle water over the bread slices and let it for three minutes.
  • Grind together bread slice, rice flour, ginger, chilli powder,rava and curd in a mixer.
  • Add salt and yellow colour powder and mix to a dosa batter consistency.
  • Heat a dosa pan, when it become hot, pour a ladle of the batter and spread it in a circular motion to form a dosa.
  • Drizzle Idhayam Sesame Oil to the edges of the dosa.
  • Flip over, when the dosa becomes crisp and golden brown.
  • Remove from fire and serve hot.
