Preparation Method

  • Par boil rice and keep aside.
  • Dice onion, carrot, beans, garlic, capsicum and cabbage finely.
  • Heat a broad pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Saute carrot, beans, capsicum, cabbage, garlic and onion.
  • Add schezwan sauce.
  • Stir and add the cooked rice.
  • Toss the rice gently.
  • Add apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper powder and stir.
  • Add spring onion and stir once.
  • *Can purchase schezwan sauce and apple cider vinegar in leading departmental stores.
  • *To prepare chicken schezwan fried rice, add chicken and follow the same process.
