Preparation Method

  • Par boiled rice and drain the water.
  • Chop the ginger finely.
  • Heat a chinese wok with a tablespoon of Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Fry the ginger until it turns brown.
  • Take a teaspoon of fried ginger and keep aside.
  • Heat another pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil, add the fried ginger and fry for three minutes.
  • Add the cooked rice, tomato sauce, red chilli paste and fry for a minute.
  • To this add vinegar and coriander leaves.
  • Remove from fire.
  • Garnish with a teaspoon of fried ginger and serve.
