Preparation Method

  • Par boil rice with salt and keep aside.
  • Dice the garlic finely.
  • Cook the peas.
  • Chop the chicken into fine pieces.
  • Chop the spring onion and red capsicum finely.
  • Cook the chicken.
  • Heat a broad pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Saute garlic.
  • To this add the chicken pieces and fry.
  • Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, peas and fry for two minutes.
  • Add the cooked rice and stir.
  • Add spring onion, stir.
  • Remove from fire and serve hot.
