Preparation Method

  • To remove the dampness in the steamed noodles sprinkle maida.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil, when it becomes hot, add half of the noodles and fry till golden brown.
  • Deep fry rest of the noodles.
  • Deseed the capsicum and chop into triangles.
  • Chop the spring onion finely.
  • Dilute the corn flour in water.
  • Boil two cups of water, with carrot and beans for a minute.
  • Remove from fire and strain it.
  • Heat a heavy bottomed pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Sprinkle Aji-no-motto.
  • Toss the chicken.
  • Add the spring onion, carrot, beans, capsicum, white pepper powder, sugar and salt.
  • Stir well for five minutes.
  • Pour the corn flour mixture, soy sauce, five tablespoon of water.
  • Stir continuously till it becomes thick.
  • Arrange the noodles on a plate and add the chicken mixture over the noodles.
  • Serve hot.
