Preparation Method

  • Chop the onion and tomatoes.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil, and tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and fry well.
  • Add the chicken pieces and fry for five minutes.
  • Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt  and enough water to cook.
  • When the chicken is done and the masala coats the chicken, remove from fire and serve.
